In the centre of the village, where people meet

A small bar on Calle La Espina, right in the middle of Limpias. David Madueño, owner and cook, makes Roman-style pinsas from his own dough, which also goes out every day to Italian restaurants in Biscay. The menu has classic raciones such as pig's ear and croquettes. His rice dishes are made to order and are known in Laredo and Colindres. Raquel looks after the room, and the home-made desserts are made by David's daughter.
